Set within the serene landscapes of Bukit Tinggi, this 2D/1N retreat is a thoughtfully curated journey into connection: to your body, your inner self, others, and the natural world. Woven throughout the experience is a gentle awakening of the five senses—the sounds of nature and healing vibrations, the scent of therapeutic aromatherapy, the touch of earth and flowing water, the sight of lush greenery, and the taste of nourishing, wholesome meals.

Through a harmonious blend of qigong, breathwork, authentic relating, forest bathing, floating sound bath, and sensory-based practices, you will be gently guided to slow down, release tension, and return to presence. Each experience is designed to awaken awareness, deepen emotional connection, and restore balance across mind, body, and spirit.

You will leave feeling grounded, re-energised, and more attuned to your own rhythms, with practical tools to cultivate calm, clarity, and meaningful connection in your everyday life.

Day 1 - Connection to body, others, nature

This day is designed to reconnect you with your body, others, and the natural world. Through qigong, authentic relating, organ–emotion practices, and immersive experiences in the forest and by the river, you will release tension, awaken your senses, and return to a state of presence, grounding, and openness.

    A gentle, flowing practice to awaken your energy, release tension, and reconnect with your body. This session opens the channels for deeper awareness and vitality.

    Experience meaningful human connection through guided exercises in presence, listening, and expression. This practice invites honesty, openness, and heart-centered communication.

  • Organ–Emotion Connection & Healing Sounds
    Explore the connection between your organs and emotions through ancient wisdom. Release stored tension using sound, breath, and gentle awareness practices.

  • Forest Bathing
    Immerse yourself in the healing atmosphere of the forest. Slow down, awaken your senses, and deepen your connection to nature through mindful walking and observation.

This day supports a deeper connection to self and life through reflection, integration, and renewal. With practices such as active meditation, breathwork, aromatherapy, and journaling, you will gain clarity, regulate your energy, and leave feeling more centred, aligned, and equipped to carry this awareness into daily life.

It was a truly enriching weekend for me. I came away with a deeper appreciation of how wonderfully our bodies are made, and how they respond to healthy eating, exercise, and breathing techniques that help us remain calm even in moments of pressure or anxiety.

I especially valued learning how to massage the body’s acupressure points to relieve pain and support healing. It reminded me that not every pain in our bodies needs a doctor, surgery, or medication. Sometimes, our own hands can help the body restore itself.

Since returning home, I have been applying the acupressure points for my insomnia and backache, and I am happy to say that I am now sleeping better and my backache is almost gone.

The programme was also very well rounded, helping us understand the importance of building healthy relationships within our families, our social circles, and our working lives.

At my age, I am grateful to still be learning ways to care for my health and well-being. I left the weekend feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally stronger to interact with all those in my circle of influence."
