Jetlag

I've been traveling for the last 36 hours. And as we all know, adjusting to a new time zone can be a real pain. So here are some tips to get your body adjusted quickly. If you land in a country where it's day time, I would try my best to stay up all day and go to bed about 9pm; allowing your body to adjust to the local time. First I would take one of these Ningxia Nitros, as it gives me a massive kick of energy. It also helps fight the urge for me to go to sleep. And about half an hour before going to bed, I would take two of these SleepEssence.
