Over four days, experience Vinyasa and Yin yoga, flowing Qi Gong, forest bathing, and deeply restorative sound healing with Himalayan singing bowls. Designed to support the seasonal shift into autumn, the retreat also includes yoga nidra, guided meditation and journaling, aromatherapy blending, countryside walks, and visits to local French markets.
The Place

Forest Bathing
An ancient Japanese practice of reconnecting through the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest. As autumn approaches, slow down, breathe deeply, and let nature restore your sense of calm and balance.

Yoga
Our yoga sessions - Vinyasa, restorative Yin, and Yoga Nidra - invite you to experience the full spectrum of movement and stillness. Morning Vinyasa energizes and awakens the body, restorative Yin allows deep release and relaxation, and Yoga Nidra guides profound rest for the mind. Together, they promote balance, presence, and renewal.
Qigong
Qigong nurtures energy, calm, and inner harmony through gentle movements and mindful breathwork. Enhanced with acupressure and the soothing qualities of aromatherapy, it awakens vitality while promoting deep relaxation, leaving you grounded, refreshed, and fully aligned.

A newly renovated farm house in the heart of the Haute-Vienne, just 30 minutes from Limoges International Airport. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the rural French countryside, surrounded by fields with grazing cows and the Rancon forest, watch the sun set and the stars fill the night sky with no light pollution to ruin your view! The wonderful dining room houses a traditional 1800s bread oven and fire place. Wind down your evenings soaking in a wood-fired hot tub.
Our private chef will serve you three nourishing, plant-based meals a day (plus snacks and drinks), lovingly crafted with fresh seasonal, local ingredients and an Ayurvedic flair to delight your body and soul.
Sleep soundly on brand-new mattresses with 100% brushed cotton bedding, duvets, and pillows. Every room has its own en-suite and an open wardrobe, with thoughtful touches like vegan eco-friendly toiletries, bamboo toilet roll, hairdryer, and fan.

Abi and Steph's "Nourished in Nature" retreat was mind-blowing! And I mean that in the calmest, most healing way possible! I love Abi's yoga classes so knew I was going to enjoy the movement part of the day, but I wasn't expecting to learn so much about myself and the way I approach things. Every part of the day was so perfectly thought out and incorporated movement, open conversation, incredible food and the chance to engage with and listen to others. It made me stop, reflect and think about how much value I put in myself (or don't...!) as well as giving me great life tools that I still use. The nature bath and sound bath were out of this world - I felt like I went to another world during the sound bath! Thank you Abi and Stephanie for such an enlightening experience!

The retreat was just perfect for really tuning inwards. Since then I’m feeling much more balanced, more present and more conscious. Qigong has definitely changed my life and I see a very clear steady improvement since I’m doing my little five element exercises every morning.
