RETURN TO SLEEP RETREAT
Sleep Meditation Teacher
Chibs Okereke is one of YouTube's most popular sleep meditation and yoga nidra guides, and a meditation instructor and narrator on the Calm and Calm Health apps. Millions of people fall asleep to his voice, and his sleep meditations and sleep hypnosis draw around 4 million views a month.
He's a stress and burnout coach, a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher trained at the Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School, where MBSR began, and a certified clinical hypnotherapist with a master's degree in Organisational Psychology. He has spoken at the World Economic Forum, and Fortune 100 companies bring him in to teach his tools for stress and burnout.
Chibs knows sleeplessness from the inside. He ran companies and burnt out badly doing it, living with anxiety, stress and insomnia along the way. His recovery came from practical, science-backed ways of settling the nervous system, and those tools became the heart of everything he teaches. His meditations are made to help you feel grounded, peaceful and safe.
At retreat, Chibs focuses on the nervous system side of sleep, helping a body that has been on alert for a long time learn to come down. He leads the daily yoga nidra and guided deep rest meditations, and a workshop on stress, burnout and why we can't switch off, even when we finally stop. The aim is to help your body remember how to rest, and to send you home with practices you can keep using for years.

Adult Sleep Coach specialising in Chronic Insomnia
Kate Blyth is the founder of Intuitive Sleep, based in Wānaka, New Zealand. She is an adult sleep coach specialising in chronic insomnia, circadian rhythms and practical, evidence-based tools that address the underlying drivers of persistent sleep difficulties.
Kate’s approach is integrative, bringing together behavioural sleep science, circadian biology and the mind-body relationship with sleep. She draws on training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the gold-standard behavioural treatment for chronic insomnia, alongside specialist training in circadian rhythms and light therapy. Her background includes a Bachelor of Health Science in Nursing, a Diploma in Yoga and training as a Health Coach.
Her work is shaped by her own experience of chronic sleeplessness. After years of trying everything from wellness practices to sleep strategies, Kate found herself searching for answers that actually addressed the root of the struggle. That search led her into behavioural sleep science and, ultimately, to CBT-I.
What she discovered wasn’t another sleep hack or wellness protocol, but a deeper understanding of what actually drives healthy sleep, and why many of the ways we try to fix sleep can quietly make things worse. This became the foundation of her approach: helping people understand their individual sleep patterns, identify what is keeping sleep stuck, and use practical tools to restore the conditions that allow sleep to function more naturally.
At retreat, Kate brings this science into an immersive and accessible setting. Her workshops explore how sleep really works, the role of circadian rhythms in energy, mood and vitality, and the biological and behavioural factors that influence sleep. Guests are introduced to practical, evidence-based strategies they can take home, helping them build a deeper understanding of their own sleep without adding another long list of rules or things to optimise.
Having experienced first-hand how profoundly poor sleep can affect daily life, Kate understands both the frustration of sleeplessness and the difference that restored sleep can make. She is passionate about helping people cut through the noise around sleep and develop practical, lifelong habits that work with their biology, supporting healthy sleep while creating the foundations for greater energy, vitality and wellbeing.
Integrative Wellbeing Practitioner
Stephanie Hoo is the founder of A Gracious Life, where she brings together modern lifestyle medicine with traditional healing practices to help people create greater balance, resilience and vitality in everyday life.
Her multidisciplinary approach draws on her training as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Lifestyle Medicine Coach, alongside more than a decade of study and practice across Qigong, mindfulness, meditation, clinical aromatherapy and sound healing. Rather than viewing sleep in isolation, Stephanie explores the wider foundations that influence how well we rest and recover, from movement, nutrition and daily rhythms to stress, emotional wellbeing and the nervous system.
At the heart of her work is the belief that wellbeing is rarely about one intervention. It is about creating the conditions in which the body and mind can return to a more natural state of balance. Her approach combines evidence-informed lifestyle practices with ancient wisdom, translating them into simple rituals and tools that can realistically become part of everyday life.
Stephanie has designed and facilitated wellbeing experiences internationally, from immersive retreats and corporate programmes to collaborations with luxury hospitality and wellness destinations. Her work has taken her across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Himalayas, working with diverse communities and organisations to make holistic wellbeing both experiential and accessible.
At retreat, Stephanie focuses on the foundations that support restorative sleep and whole-person wellbeing. Through Qigong, mindful movement, breath, sound, aromatherapy and lifestyle practices, she helps guests explore how the way we move through our waking hours can shape the way we rest at night.
Her aim is not to add more rules to follow, but to help you discover practices that feel nourishing, sustainable and genuinely supportive, so that better rest becomes part of a healthier way of living.
