Blending gentle movement, sound, aromatherapy, relational practices, and lifestyle medicine, this immersion offers practical tools to release accumulated stress, prevent burnout, and redesign how you use your energy — without leaving the city.
Each day is carefully paced to balance activation and deep rest, so change happens not through force, but through regulation.
