Welcome Experience
As part of your welcome experience, we offer a complimentary shoulder massage upon arrival to our wellness retreat. This relaxing treatment will help to release any tension and fatigue after the journey and to set the tone for your stay with us.
Opening Circle & Blessing Ceremony
To begin our retreat, we will start with a traditional Balinese blessing ceremony, a beautiful and meaningful way to connect with the local culture and to set the intentions for your stay.
Arrival Stretching Yoga
To refresh and revitalize your body and mind after a flight. After hours of sitting and the physical stresses of travel, this gentle and invigorating yoga session will help you release tension, increase circulation, and restore your energy levels.
Breath-work and Ice-bath
Embrace the exhilarating cold as it awakens your senses, invigorates your circulation, and promotes mental clarity.
Welcome Dinner
One of Ubud’s most well-known local cooks will be preparing our plant-based meals with fresh organic ingredients.
Morning Yoga
Exploring various styles in different Yoga class settings throughout the retreat. Begin with uplifting Vinyasa, seamlessly transitioning through poses. Feel the disciplined grace of traditional Ashtanga and the mindful embrace of Hatha. Experience the dynamic energy of Kundalini, surrender in Yin, and find precision in Iyengar's therapeutic alignment.
Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic Dance at the Yoga Barn is facilitated by a professional DJ who will hold a safe and sacred container for you, as s/he guides you on a journey through the music to where all can connect to a common source of ecstatic energy on the dance floor. It’s a place where you can simply be yourself, go within, and experience bodily freedom through the mosaic of rhythm. Afterwards be satiated by lunch offered at the Garden Kafe.

Mt Batur Lava Fields & Hike
As the dawn gently paints the sky with hues of gold and orange, we will begin with a walking meditation amongst the lava fields. Witnessing the sunrise over the surrounding volcanic landscape, we will then begin our hike to the summit of Mt Batur. Find tranquility in the stillness of the summit as we walk around the crater's rim.

Reward your efforts by having lunch with a magnificent view overlooking Mt Batur.

To start your day with a nice flowing Qi Gong practice, which is steeped in 5000 years of lifelong health benefits. Diana started her professional athletic journey at the age of 6 as a gymnast and ever since her dedication to body practice and healthy nutrition is her work and her passion. She has degrees in Physical Education, Sport Sciences and Integrative Nutrition and has been teaching for over 20 years as a Holistic Fitness Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Health & Wellness Coach. She learned the traditional way of yoga, meditation, and holistic healing from some of the world’s greatest yogis and healers, while she has been living in Thailand, India, China and Singapore.
She thoughtfully integrates meditation, breath-work, mindfulness and inspired living in the programs and retreats she conducts so you can create a deeper connection to yourself & everything you care about. She aspires to guide people to find their unique body consciousness, a positive and caring mindset and an overall healthy lifestyle from a truly holistic approach.
